Personal Training with Shaun offers a personalized workout that is monitored for form and technique and is filled with variety and is maintained through constant motivation.

Before hitting the ground running Shaun sits down with each client to asses (3) SHORT TERM Goals and (3) LONG TERM goals, the workout is then specifically tailored from there.
